Stage 1
SICA will provide a satisfying mold customization process to solve our customer's PET problems, from preform mold design, mold manufacturing processing, mold testing, to after-sale service.
We will communicate with the customer about the type of bottle they would like to blow, collect general information about the product (bottle usage,neck finish size, weight, capacity), and offer our mold suggestion.
After understanding the customer's requirements for the number of cavities in the mold or the customer's output demands, we will provide the customer with a professional mold proposal.
Stage 2
The first type is the customer provides the bottle preform sample, then we will directly follow the original sample, make 1:1 original sample mapping, and confirm the final sample with the customer.
The second type is that the customer does not have a sample of the preform, but a sample or a complete 3D drawing of the bottle. Sica's experienced product design engineers will help to finish the professional design in accordance with the requirement provided. Meanwhile, we will ensure that the bottle design is not just convenient for injection molding, but also ensure the quality of the blow molded bottle and reduce the blow molded bottle scrap rate.
Stage 3
During the order process, we will confirm the information of customers' injection molding machine and the local electrical voltage. This is to ensure that the mold can be installed on the machine quickly after receiving.
When the order is placed, it will be entered directly into our digital intelligent production management system, which means that we can inform customers right away if they want to know the progress of the mold. And we will also send the project progress report on a regular basis.
Sica owns a modern machining workshop. The international first-class processing equipment guarantees our precision down to the micron level. In order to avoid steel deformation and improve precision, the workshop is fully air-conditioned with dust-free and constant temperature. In addition, we believe that employees can stay happy and at ease in a better working environment, which also help them to better focus on their tasks.
Stage 4
Sica realizes a modern management style, especially for manufacturing and quality control operations. We adopt the rigorous rules of quality inspection and are committed to minimizing the problem of mold after-sale service in order not to bring any production problems to our customers.
Test 1: We will strictly check all the dimensions of the preform, with our high-precision detection device, to ensure that each cavity is qualified. And we will weed out any substandard parts through a complete inspection assembly.
Test 2: We will test the mold by running and getting sampling. A report of the sampling preform is available for customers.
Test 3: Before delivery, we will rigorously examine every detail such as labeling, spares, tools and instructions to eliminate any potential factors that are unfavorable to the operation.
We will store all parameters of ordered mold's components to ensure that clients can change the cavities, cores and threads in the future with less time and with utmost adaptability.
Stage 5
We will provide a series of detailed instructional videos for the disassembly and installation of molds, production start-up videos for molds, and maintenance videos for molds.These instructional videos will be emailed to customers on the day of delivery to help customers better understand our mold structure.
In addition to providing online video tutorials, our engineers can also provide in-home service for overseas clients as needed.
